Students will develop knowledge and skills pertaining to the nutrition, reproduction, health and management of animals and will study livestock breeds.   Extensive training in feeds and feeding, livestock evaluation, parasites, diseases and carcass evaluation is also included. Several livestock judging contests are held during the year. If you are planning a career in the animal field this course is for you.
